Twinkling Santa Hats to adorn your tree or use as package ties!

They are made from quilted muslin and stained with our own primitive staining brew.  Each hat is hand painted (front and back) in our workshop.  A rusty bell is attached with a safety pin.  They are then sprinkled with German Glass Glitter.
